Here is the kitchen, almost complete.  Just the light fittings to be added, which are now done.  More posts to come this week if we get the keys!!!

House is now in the final stages, the cleaners come through this week an the final touch ups are being done.  These pictures are from some weeks ago, so the house is much further along now.  I will post some more when we move in this weekend - HOPEFULLY!

Framing stage - $46,200 progress payment

House now has frames, windows and roof complete. The air conditioning went in today as well, so happy days.  The builder uses the most basic of light and power fittings which I have had to upgrade at an additional cost of $3,100.00.  Not happy...!

Concrete Slab Done

This was done today (14/4/2011), and the thing looks massive. Not much room for Grass - Oh well Caesar never does it anyway...!

Pool

Had to get pool dug out QUICKLY, as there was no room to get a digger on the section, which I didn't realise, until after the markings were laid.

The pool is going to be in temporary form until we finish the house in July.  It is a lot bigger than what I thought, but it will be awesome once finished.
